Shipping Policy

There's a quiet kind of joy in waiting for something lovely to arrive. At By Meredith, we want that wait to be short, clear, and entirely stress-free.

We offer free shipping on every order within the United Kingdom, with no minimum spend. At the moment, we deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Once you place an order, we prepare it within 1-2 business days. After dispatch, delivery takes a further 3-7 business days, which means most orders arrive within 4-9 business days in total.

Our daily cut-off time is 5:00 PM (UK time), Monday through Friday. Orders placed before the cut-off begin processing the same working day.

As soon as your order leaves us, we will send a tracking confirmation by email so you can follow its journey to your door.

Just occasionally, things take a little longer. Busy periods, unusual weather, or the odd logistics hiccup can all cause minor delays. If your order seems held up, email us at info@by-meredith.com and we will look into it for you.
