Payment Policy

Paying for your order should be the easy part, and we have made sure it is.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and UnionPay. All orders are charged in GBP.

The full amount is charged when you place your order. In some cases you may notice a temporary authorization hold from your bank, which clears on its own shortly after.

Your security matters to us. Every payment is SSL encrypted, and we never store your card details on our servers. To help payments go through smoothly, please make sure your billing information matches the details registered to your chosen payment method.

From time to time, a transaction may be reviewed as part of our routine fraud prevention checks. This is simply to keep your purchase safe.
