Return & Refund Policy

We want every piece you bring into your home to feel right. If something isn't quite what you hoped, returning it is straightforward.

You have 60 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. Items should be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all their packaging. There are no restocking fees.

To begin, email info@by-meredith.com with your order number and we will guide you through the next steps. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and we recommend using a trackable service so your parcel can be followed on its way back to us.

Prefer a different option instead? Exchanges are available on request, so just let us know what you would like.

Once your return arrives and has been inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need a few extra days to show the funds in your account.
