Is shipping really free?

Yes, completely. Every order within the United Kingdom ships free, and there's no minimum order to qualify.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, or UnionPay. Every transaction is SSL encrypted.

How long will delivery take?

We process orders within 1-2 business days, and delivery takes a further 3-7 business days after dispatch. That works out to roughly 4-9 business days from order to doorstep. You'll receive tracking details as soon as your parcel is on its way.

What exactly is By Meredith?

By Meredith is an online home and decor store specialising in table lamps, garden lights, and diffusers, with each piece chosen for its blend of quality, style, and everyday function.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, email info@by-meredith.com as soon as you can and we'll do our best to update or cancel it.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

For now, we ship within the United Kingdom only.

What's your return policy?

You have 60 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. Email info@by-meredith.com to get started.

When will I get my refund?

Once your return reaches us, refunds are processed within 7 business days. Your bank may need a little extra time to show the funds.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do. Email info@by-meredith.com and we'll arrange an exchange for you.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. Payments are SSL encrypted, and we never store your card details on our servers.

My order hasn't turned up yet. What should I do?
